Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add zucchini.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to all together.
Fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured angel food or Bundt pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
