Apricot Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 c. finely crushed butter cookies (about 30)
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

In a medium bowl combine crushed butter cookies and melted butter.
Press mixture evenly onto bottom and 2 inches up the side of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
