Crabmeat Casserole(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 pt. cream
    1 lb. crabmeat (imitation can be used)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 pkg. stuffing mix *
Preparation
    Mix cream and mayonnaise together.
    Add all other ingredients, reserving a little stuffing to sprinkle on top.
    Put in buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
