Dried Tomato Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fettucini noodles, enough for two people
    5 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives
    8 to 10 oz. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Cook the fettucini in boiling, salted water with a little olive oil added.
    Meanwhile, soak the sun-dried tomatoes in very hot water to soften.
    Slice olives and cut softened tomatoes into 1/2 inch pieces (discard soaking water).
    Chop garlic and saute in olive oil in skillet.
    Add tomatoes and olives to skillet; toss with garlic, then reduce heat until fettucini is ready.
    Crumble Feta cheese.
    When done, drain fettucini but do not blanch.
    Toss cheese in pan with hot, drained pasta.
    Serve on plates with tomato/olive mixture spooned over pasta.
    Serve with a nice salad and warm bread.
    Serves 2.
