Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Knead on a floured board 10 to 15 times, until no longer sticky.
Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
Grease and dust cookie sheet with cornmeal.
Roll out dough into a rectangle.
Place in pan and top with favorite sauce, cheese and toppings.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
