Rosettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. skim milk
1 c. flour
vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Dip rosette iron into batter being careful not to cover top of iron.
Fry in hot vegetable oil. Drain rosettes upside down on paper towel.
Yield 40.
Carbohydrate 18 g, protein 5 g, fat 8 g, calories per 2 cookies 32.
Six rosettes = 1/2 meat medium fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange, 1 fat exchange.
