Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. (stick) margarine
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Melt margarine; mix with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
