Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. rolled oats
    2 c. wheat germ
    2 c. nuts or sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. honey
    1/4 c. blackstrap molasses (optional)
Preparation
    Mix salt, oatmeal, wheat germ, nuts and seeds in large casserole or baking pan.
    Mix oil, water, vanilla, honey and molasses; pour over dry mixture.
    Spread all in 2 or 3 shallow pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
    After baking, add raisins and/or chopped dates.
