Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2-1/3 cups shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Cut shortening into flour until it is very fine.
    Store in a covered container. Doesn't need to be refrigerated.
    Makes 7 to 8 cups.
