Fruit Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) pkg. frozen peaches or cherries, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. oleo, melted
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Mix frozen fruit, sugar and water.
Put in electric skillet until soft.
Drop dough mixture by tablespoons on top of fruit and cook at a low bubbling (covered) for 20 minutes.
Remove lid and let set until liquid is absorbed.
