Dark Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine the sugar, butter and milk in a small saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.
