Ginger Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. soda
1 stick oleo
1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Combine first 7 dry ingredients.
Melt oleo; add beaten egg, molasses and water.
Blend with dry ingredients.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
