Ingredients

6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk*
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Caramelize in a metal dish 3/4 cup sugar and 5 tablespoons water.
Carefully coat inside of receptacle with caramel (a stainless steel bowl is excellent).
