Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Beat eggs until light; add mixture of sugar, flour and salt and beat until well blended.
Add buttermilk, lemon juice and melted oleo.
Mix until smooth, then pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set. (Center may be slightly jiggley.)
