Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut in small pieces
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced thin
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute steak, onion and celery in oil.
    Drain oil off and add other ingredients.
    Place in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    If it becomes dry, mix a beef bouillon cube in a cup of boiling water and pour over casserole.
