East Coast Grill Cornbread(Goes Well With Chili For A Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil or Pam 12 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Mix flour, corn meal, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
    In separate bowl mix eggs, oil and milk.
    Pour eggs, oil and milk over dry ingredients.
    Add melted butter and stir until just mixed. Bake approximately 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Cornbread should be brown on top.
    Makes 12 large, thick pieces.
