Tallerini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (#1) can whole corn
    1 (#2) can tomatoes
    1 c. ripe olives
    1/2 c. olive juice
    1/4 lb. noodles
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown meat, add onion, pepper, and garlic on high heat (in large electric skillet).
    Add the rest of ingredients as listed. Cover, stir after 3 minutes.
    Cover again.
    Reduce heat to simmer and simmer 45 minutes or until noodles are done.
    Serve with warm biscuits.
