Salmonettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 whole egg
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Open can of salmon.
Drain 1/4 cup juice into measuring cup. Add baking powder.
it will foam, which is what it is supposed to do.
If it does not foam, your baking powder is probably old, but will not hurt recipe.
Add egg; stir.
Add flour; stir.
Use teaspoon to drop into hot oil, turning once.
Place on paper towels to drain.
