Vermouth Chicken With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water or chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. sweet vermouth
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 slices fresh ginger, minced
    3/4 c. shelled and broken walnuts
Preparation
    Skin and bone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
    Mix egg, cornstarch and water and add chicken pieces.
    Combine the vermouth, sugar and soy sauce in separate bowl.
