Strawberry Ripple Gel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen strawberries (2 boxes)
    11 oz. mandarin orange slices
    2 c. strawberry jello
    3 1/4 c. boiling water
    3 c. strawberry juice and water
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Thaw and drain strawberries; save juice.
    Drain mandarin orange sections; save juice.
    Combine strawberries and orange sections.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add strawberry and mandarin orange juice.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Fold in fruit and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Swirl mayonnaise through to give a variant effect.
    Chill.
    Serves 24.
