Smoked Pork Butt With Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork butt (about 2 lb.)
    1/2 c. water
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) mixed dried fruit
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. apricot nectar or orange juice
Preparation
    Put meat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour with water and onion.
    Put pork or ham butt in a 3-quart saucepan or casserole with water and onion.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
