Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, parboiled
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1 c. minced cold meat
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Clean out peppers; parboil 5 minutes.
    Mix together all other ingredients and fill peppers.
    Put in baking dish with a cup of hot water or stock.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
