Feta Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 large white mushrooms
1/4 c. melted butter
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
parsley
garlic
3 Tbsp. onion
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation

Clean mushrooms and remove stems (save).
Brush caps with melted butter.
Place hollow side up on baking pan.
Salt and pepper.
Mince the mushroom stems.
Saute the stems and chopped onion together in remaining butter.
Add garlic (crushed); combine stems, onion and garlic with Feta; mix.
Stuff caps.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
