Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn or 1 lb. canned corn
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. milk, heated
3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat milk and margarine.
Cool.
Mix flour, butter, egg yolks, milk, sugar and salt.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour into a 9 x 9 x 3-inch pan or baking dish.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
