Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 (15 oz. size) can peach slices (with juice)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt margarine in 3-quart casserole dish.
Combine sugar, flour, milk and vanilla.
Pour over melted margarine. Empty can of peaches (juice included) on top of batter.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Batter will rise to top during baking to make crust.
