Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can whole corn
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 onion
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 green pepper (optional)
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oleo.
    Mix corn, eggs, onion, pepper and corn muffin mix.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Put sour cream by teaspoon on top, then sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
