Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 lb. beef chuck
    1 pkg. onion soup
    3 c. water
    3/4 c. carrots, cut in long pieces
    3 stalks chopped celery
    flour paste to thicken gravy
    1 can chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt olive oil in Dutch oven.
    Add paprika and mix.
    Add beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Saute meat until brown.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the meat.
    Pour 3 cups of water over the meat. Stir in the carrots and celery.
    Add 1 can of chopped mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Add a little more water.
    Add flour paste for gravy.
    Serve over buttered noodles.
