Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless veal cutlets (use pork as substitute)
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
bread crumbs (1 c.)
salt and pepper
6 Tbsp. oil or butter
1 lemon
Preparation

Tenderize meat; salt and pepper.
Coat with flour.
Beat 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons water in deep plate and coat the cutlets thoroughly and then in bread crumbs.
Press bread crumbs onto the meat and shake off excess crumbs.
Heat oil or butter in frying pan and cook meat on both sides for 2 minutes, creating a nice golden brown crust.
Garnish with lemon slices.
Serve with potatoes and salad.
Serves 4.
