Microwave-Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can drained, diced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion and green pepper in 2-quart casserole. Cover and cook on High 2 1/2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cook on High 2 1/2 more minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on High 5 minutes.
    Stir. Cook on 80% (reheat) 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle broken taco chips on top.
    Leave cover off.
    Microwave on 80% (reheat) 1 1/2 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
