Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 small can Shoe Peg corn
    1 regular can English peas
    1 regular can French-style beans
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, Wesson oil and pepper in water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil and boil 3 to 4 minutes; cool.
    Mix in large bowl corn, peas, beans (all drained), pimento, onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Stir in cooled liquid; refrigerate.
    Will keep for days.
