Pat'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. minced onion
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Place cheeses in mixer bowl and let stand until softened.
    Add onion and Worcestershire sauce and blend on low speed.
    Beat until fluffy, scraping bowl often.
    Cover and chill 8 hours or more. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in parsley flakes to garnish. Chill 2 hours until firm.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
