Pie Crust For Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. butter flavored Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Sprinkle with water.
    Mix with fork.
    Press together to form ball.
    Roll out on floured surface.
    Gently fold and put into 9-inch pie pan.
    Crimp edges.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool to room temperature or overnight.
    Pour cold filling in crust.
    Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
