Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 large onion
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 or 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Boil chicken until well done; saute sausage and onion together.
    Place chicken in a bread pan; place sausage and onion over chicken.
    Mix in milk and then brown gravy and mix together. Pour over chicken; place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
