Cheeseburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    3/4 c. carrots
    3/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. basil flakes
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute carrots, onions and celery in butter until tender. Cook potatoes in chicken broth.
    Add carrots, onions, celery and ground beef to broth.
    Make white sauce and add to thicken.
    Add cheese, basil and parsley.
    Heat to melt.
