Baked Lentils - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lentils
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
2 medium tomatoes or 1 c. stewed or frozen tomatoes
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook lentils.
When tender, place in baking dish and add tomatoes.
Saute pepper and onion
in oil.
Add all ingredients to lentils, plus salt (if lentils were not salted during cooking). Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
