Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-style beans
    2 cans yellow wax beans
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 1/2 c vinegar
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 diced purple onion
    1/2 c diced bell pepper
    2 T soy sauce
    2 tsp celery salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
    Drain all beans.
    Mix all ingredients together in a covered dish and refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to serve, drain juices off and mix in 1/4 cup salad oil if desired.
