Hot Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tuna, drained
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced olives
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. pimento
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2/3 c. mayo
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine tuna, celery slices, green peppers, pimento and almonds. In separate bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, onion, celery seed and salt. Blend mixture together, tossing lightly. Place in 8- inch greased baking dish. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degree for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated.
