Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
2 medium brown onions
1/3 c. flour
salt, pepper and nutmeg (a little)
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 pkg. bread crumbs
Preparation

Make plain mashed potatoes.
Fry ground beef and chopped onion.
Mix them up and add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Make the shape like a column or whatever you like.
Coat them with all-purpose flour.
Dip into blended eggs with a little water. Coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry them.
Serve them with tonkatsu sauce (or mixed ketchup and Worcestershire sauce).
Also, you can arrange the ingredients and make it vegetarian or whatever you like.
