Orange Spice Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. ground pecans
1/4 c. round buttered cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
orange drizzle
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons cracker crumb mixture in a greased 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe ring mold; set mold and remaining crumb mixture aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; cut in 1/4 cup butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add orange juice and milk, stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 8 or 10 times.
