Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pineapple
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Bring pineapple and apple juice to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool.
    Whip in yogurt. Chill.
    Serve over fruit or plain cake.
