Stromboli - cooking recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 c. pizza or tomato sauce
Preparation

Defrost bread dough. With roller, stretch out dough into a rectangle as long as a cookie sheet and about as wide. (A pinch of flour on dough will help.) After dough is stretched, combine 1 egg yolk (be sure to keep the white), minced garlic, Parmesan cheese and oregano in small bowl; mix until all ingredients are covered in yolk. Spread mixture on half of bread dough. Add toppings. Fold bread dough lengthwise. Be sure to pinch ends tightly. Lightly paint egg whites on top of dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
