Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lard or other
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    dash of sugar
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Let rise.
    Divide; roll in circles.
    Butter and cut in pie wedge; roll up.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Let rise. Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Makes about 20.
