Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. soft bread crumbs, cubed (about 2 slices)
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup mix.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes; let set 5 minutes before serving. Tuna can be used as an alternate or double recipe using salmon and tuna for a tasty flavor.
