Shrimp Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut in cubes
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 lb. cooked small shrimp
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 tsp. dry dill
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    In a food processor fitted with metal blade, combine mayonnaise and cream cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Shape into a ball or spoon into a crock.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight for flavors to blend.
    May be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
