3/4 c. shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. celery seed
