Chow Mein Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 c. or more cooked rice
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle noodles over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
