Eggplant Regina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    ground marjoram
    onion powder
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Lightly brown eggplant in hot oil.
    Place in layers in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Add layers of sliced tomatoes.
    Sprinkle tomatoes with a little marjoram and onion powder.
    Add grated cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
