Lemon-Pepper Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. squeeze margarine
2 Tbsp. freeze-dried chives
1 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine ingredients, blending thoroughly.
Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container.
Use as needed. Excellent on potatoes, steak, bread, crackers or for seasoning vegetables.
Makes 1 cup.
