Coconut Cracker Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 saltine crackers
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line cookie sheet with foil.
    Lay crackers side by side (one layer only).
    In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Drizzle over entire surface of crackers. Sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack. Stores airtight for up to a week. Contains 46 calories each.
