Aunt Laura'S Famous Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or oil
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. cold coffee
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back.
